Ok i can't find the track in the game although i put it in the locations folder of my game.
Any help on this one please?

  • Andrew Evans

when you look in the archive, does the track have GameData (and possibly a UIData) folder? or just a WatkinsGlen folder?

in the first case it needs to go in the race 07 root directory:

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\<your steam name>\race 07

if it's the later it needs to go directly into

c:\program files\steam\steamapps\<your steam name>\race 07\gamedata\locations

my guess is you've done the opposite in one of those scenarios.... :good:

Well Alen i have gone over the replay again and again and each time i dont see anything i done wrong in that pass,as i said in my report,i ran beside you all the way to that turn and clearly and fairly claimed the corner keeping in as tight as possible, you could possibly ask yourself if you could have maybe done anything different for a better outcome?,it appears you show no signs of giving up the corner when even no matter what driving view you use it must be very clear a car is in the process of passing,in those circumstances i personally tend to give the place up and not keep trying to turn and take the corner as normal, too often fighting losing one place ends up losing more than one....
As i also said in my report at no time through all that pass did i feel or even have any suspicions there was contact or you going off, from my side it looked and felt like a normal pass that ive done many times, and indeed had done to me many times, seeing what happened to you in the replay didnt make me happy at all as i dont consider myself an overly aggressive or unfair driver and dont like to see anyone have their races ruined in any circumstances,i hope you can understand my side on this incident,a pass opportunity like that one i think just about every racer will take.
