PC2 Project CARS 2: Ferrari DLC Trailer Leaked

The next DLC for Project CARS 2 has been revealed - check out the leaked trailer for the upcoming Ferrari Essentials DLC...

Thanks to a bit of finger trouble over on the Xbox Store, it looks like sim racing fans have had an unexpected early reveal of the next scheduled DLC release for Project CARS 2. Inadvertently revealing the 'Ferrari Essentials' DLC trailer earlier than expected, we had the opportunity to take a look at the eight new cars and two new circuits set to be added to Project CARS 2 in the near future.

Swiftly removed from the Xbox store webpage once the error had been recognised, you can catch the trailer at the head of this article if you missed it first time around...

Ferrari Essentials DLC Contents:

• 1956 Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta
• 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa
• 1978 Ferrari 512 BB LM
• 1987 Ferrari F40
• 1995 Ferrari F355 Challenge
• 2014 Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta
• 2015 Ferrari FXX K
• 2017 Ferrari F12tdf
• Mugello Circuit
• Fiorano Circuit

No release date or pricing guide has been revealed by Slightly Mad Studios at this stage, however more details are expected to become known in the very near future.

Project CARS 2 is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

It's been told many times over at pcars2 forums that season pass contents will be all that we get.

Mind you though they might add a new car here and there or maybe some goty only car like they did with pcars1 but there simply won't be a new "pack" after this.

In every Sim racer there always seem to be a Ferrari DLC. Sometimes two or three packs contain different Ferrari models and they add up to an abundance of Ferrari's. But somehow, there is always one Ferrari missing. I am that car. And this is my story.

I know I'm in the minority on here but I enjoy PC2. Ok it's more simcade than sim but it's great fun and looks amazing.

One of the few sims that I can jump into with no practice and have a quick race, set at any time of the day, in any weather conditions and have some fun.

Yes there's always place for the RF2's or AC's of this sim world but PC2 provides me with entertainment as well.

Looking foward to the DLC, how about a few more Group C cars?

Initially I thought meh, next Ferrari pack. But now with the list of cars leaked, there are certainly some jewels. I don’t really bother the three recent cars, but all everything from the F355 and earlier are great to have in PC2. And certainly the F355 will get me start the game more often. That said, would love to see any game to have the 348 TB Challenge racecar and the 348 GTC LM. Just love the 348 and it’s successor.

Though from what I’ve read and heard about their reliability (well the lack of it) irl made them even more expensive to own and maintain. Not that I ever could own one .

Even if it would be only one. Every time I mistakenly hit that Mazda button to only have the Radbull available and forgetting that the 787B is in AC and RF2 and not in PC2 makes me a bit sad.
