I converted the buggy from GTA SA and I usually don't release my conversions. If you know how to convert from GTA to Racer you can get the model from a site like GTA Inside and make your own version

That track is Autodromo Internacional de Curitiba. I didn't make it but you should be able to get it from one of the Racer download sites
