Nvm, I figured it out actually. Opened the fom_car and myteam_<engine_supplier> ERP files (F1 2020\2020_asset_groups\f1_2020_vehicle_package), exported livery_racenet textures, and then imported the same textures on livery_f170 textures, and saved.
Now both racenet, and the 70th anniversary liveries are replaced by the mod livery.
Thought will update here if anyone else faces the same issue.
