That is ptracker. It gives you splits, fastest laps, deltas and fuel estimations.

for me it was very hard to concentrate. It was 3 am and i was a Little tired. First rounds no great Problems (in the middle i hit someone in the Corner and wait that he Comes back to track and a whole bunch of cars passed). But at the end in the last lap i lost the car before Pit in and go to bed .
But one question: at the start my clutch didn't work so i have a bad start. Did the Admins disable clutch for this Event (in the european race it works).

Not that I'm aware of, I don't think we even have the option to disable clutch on the server.
