F1 2016 PC | F1 2016 DNA Racing League

Hi fellow Racing-Fanatics!

First of all, how happy are we all together that Codemasters finally pulled it off and deliver us a well balanced, fully functioning Multiplayer part of the game and a much more 'simmy' feel of the Handling-Model then all of the previous titles in the F1-franchise?! Ok, that's of my chest!

We just got the dedicated forum up for our coming League of F1 2016 on the PC-version of the game, we are proud as Ramteam Racing for the fact we are able to host this League for all of you out there who might be interested.

A big Announcement, of all the Info and Dates you need to know, will be made coming Tuesday, 30th of August. Also the Registration-Thread goes up then.

Be sure to keep this page updated because this League on this amazing game will be epic!

As a final note, we would like to give a special thanks to the RaceDepartment Team to give us the possibility for hosting a League here, thumbs up!

Hi,

I'm Jamie, from England. I'm 32 and work in IT. As Jas knows, it's a "full-time job and two kids" which sees me playing less than I would like.

I've loved watching F1 for many years, although not as avidly as some. Jenson will always be "my boy". I also own a Jenson Button signed piece of Suspension from one of the Beautiful Championship winning Brawn Cars of 2009.

I race on an i7, 16GB RAM, Evo SSD, GTX970 and Logitech G27 (badly)

Had zero practice for this so apologies for the few times I went into the back of people under braking - luckily I don't think I ruined anyone's race. Really fun racing with EJ and Aval!

Stupid fecking game. Sooooo fecking angry right now

Drops me out when I was on for a second place & then when I rejoin I get disqualified for not using the medium or hard, when I didn't even have too!!

I can't believe i didn't record this race, after getting an ok start i tried to hang it around the outside in turn 1 , didn't work out and it put me in the back. I had to work my way up the grid( sorry to some whom i hit, luckily i was the one spinning) . After the first pit stops, i got in a battle with EJ and Sam for the rest of race fighting for a podium position, which was definitely the highlight of my race. Thx guys for that amazing scrap, and for keeping it clean. Looking forward to next week.

@Avallac'h I hit you when you spun, Corner 1 out could not avoid you.
@naka @4.10 im sorry but thats your own fault in my eye's, could have just waited for 1 min and take me on the straight. Where do i have to go there, when there is someone spinning left and one diving in left and right.. besides its my raceline, never seen your wheel next to me, as you can see.

@4:09 I give you room to pass on the inside, the first time, then EJ outbraked in that moment you are behind me, when i turn in, on my line, to avoid EJ, you try to still overtake me inside, while i am clearly on the racing line. You outbraked yourself i guess.

Don't know whether I was happy or disappointed with my first race.

One the plus side, I didn't kill anyone nor was I lapped, so there's that. I was also running in 7th or 8th quite nicely until a Spin on Lap 24/25 put me down to 11th.

One position outside of my first point.

I guess it will do for the time being.

I do not want to be smart or something, but:
I see you hopping from right in front of me to 30 meters ahead of me.
Impossible to overtake you, i never know where you are.
Everytime you have this also your ts stops sending.
I am pretty sure its internet and steam and CM that ****s it up.
I have 300/30 mbit connection.

You did very good m8, its not a real easy track like monza or hockenheim

Pool and I started with the Aarava setup, and then after alot of testing we thought, hey let's try the TRL. And steer-in and traction were much better then Aarava's..
