Webber's probably staying at Red Bull, Hamilton won't go to Ferrari, Mercedes is a step backwards.

Media have been saying this morning that Vettel has signed a pre contract with Ferrari so Red Bull could be an option.

That was reported weeks ago. It's relating to 2014, not next year.

I think Di resta resigned with Force India. If he'd waited a couple more days he might have got a better seat through all this carnage

Quick news on Paul, he will return to DTM with Mercedes, as you may or may not know PDR got replaced by Sergio Perez at Force India.
