Pastor Maldonado

Maldonado, who hasn't yet reached the finish at Monaco, still hasn't finished a race this season without a calamity along the way.

Australia: Not really his fault
Malaysia: Not really his fault
China: Classic Pastor
Bahrain: Parks in the wrong grid slot, wrongly. Kills the car during the pitstop and somehow finishes.
Spain: Squeezes his team mate and gets off worst.

Lotus need his money, but need him to pick it up a bit. If he screws up in Monaco, Lotus should let Palmer race in Canada as a one-off, to try and coax Pastor into turning the season around. IIRC, HRT did that to Bruno Senna in 2010, and it worked really well. Maybe it might be the wake up call Maldonado needs.

yeah but they do that they risk heavily going to court as they are contractually bound to have him compete in every session which means yes Grosjean has to move over every time they give Palmer the car, in reality he's got them by the neck on this one

It is still mind bogling that he actually managed to win the Barcelona race some years ago, that car was dog:poop:. That car was not supposed to win a race and i think after this race he really started to walk alongside his feets with a lot of crazy stuff that year.

This is typical Maldonado btw, how in earth you mange to loose the car in a straight line.:D

He still is able to get the car sideways in a straight, but apparently practice paid off and now he can catch it. Amazing today, and I don't want to guess the color of VES underwear :roflmao:

He hasn't have underpants,... he still has diaper's from what i understood.:D

It looked pretty dramatic but this was a bit similair thing that Nasr happend in Canada. If you have DRS open you dont really want to make very direct change of direction. Any simracer here? load up rF2 take the ISI car, open DRS and try it for yourself.:D

But to be honest, oh man what a boring sh.t race. They really need to get rid of this eco crap, DRS ERS TERS KERS, save fuel save tires, fragile tires,...... man pls go back to basics and go real racing again.:ninja:

3 weeks of pause, then F1 is back and Maldonado crashes :) He made his way in the history
