I have a couple of questions : Do I have to be licenced to participate in this test race?
...and what time is this race in Montréal, Canada?...and, can I sign up for the Assetto Corsa Academy? Thanks!

Yes, a license is mandatory for participation in club & league races here at RD.
Montreal is province Quebec, daylight savings time, so GMT - 4 - The opening event will therefore start at 15:00h your time. On membership in the academy I'm not sure, i think yes, with a license of course.

[Edit] Does, if anyone has skin of his own will be shown on my PC or not? If not then we might do some skins for each of us, for example i have my own already so i too hope 99% of the guys participating know these stuff. So we can do one hell of a race with unique modified skins with each member self best number favorite lets say, and we can afterwards create some awesome video and promote RaceDepartment. But that would be for another thread i suppose, but not here i dont know
