Is there a basic tutorial on installing mods? I've downloaded a mod (.rfmod) but what do I do with it ??
Marco bijl thread says (When installing rFactor2, you have to choose 2 locations, CORE and DATA. In this instruction, the DATA folder is in my documents)
I have no package folder in Core and no data folder in my documents ??

Well after 2 installs I still have no cars, tracks, series , in the game

You are missing several mods it seems. Here is my mod-manager (you don't need the Racedepartment mods):

You need to download the mods, both the base version and the updates. Put them in the packages folder. In mod-manager right click each mod and select install. Then right click again and click update.

Those all look great but for legal reasons in the UK we'll have to drive with some sort of cover over the cars and helmets so nobody will be influenced to buy the tobacco items advertised cos that's why people smoke, cos they can see it Dumb politicians!

I have tried that. 1st I start up Livemonitor.exe ...everything looks ok, connected to the webserver and so on and Livemonitor is "waiting for log file". Then I start up the server and start racing and Live monitor says it is still "waiting for log file" after a couple of laps. What will the Live Monitor display say when working correct?
