Sorry that happened Attila, Warren explained the circumstances a little better to me and it seems unfair. Is there another place I can post my skins for download. Can we do it at RD or is it a bandwidth problem.

in GTR evo the weels will be unlocked for painting as you can see by checking the .txt file in the customskin folder

So far the "Wheelcolor" line is not attached to the original skins for race 07. It looks like its only works on certain skins within EVO.

You can change the wheelcolor within Race 07 but as of yet the only way I know is by decrypting the game files, No one as of yet has come forward with a quicker soloution.

Please make any requests for a skin here and not as seperate threads to remain some overview in this subforum.

Maybe some skinning artist can help you out, but keep in mind that a skinner is not obligated to make one!

If a reproduction as many images you can provide of differant agales and as clear/ big as you can get.

All this information makes it easier for a skinner to skin plus it alows otheres to have a go, giving you more choice.
