It does, just a little glitchy, but don't use the most recent version, you can't purchase. Get one from June-July 2017-2018

It is, but it should still work, because ModLoader is backwards compatible. It works for me with the 2019 edition.

You are asking for too much, it takes a long time to make good mods, like cars, and HOUSES. Chill off. It's a long process to make these mods.

Very true. I agree, the older mods sometimes uses code that the new ModLoader version doesn't support anymore.
