Phrasing here kind of implies that Bell is the first to follow the regs and others have to keep up when in reality FIA developed the new helmet design with all of them. All of them are to deliver these helmets now.

Throughout the research programme, FIA researchers worked closely with F1 helmet manufacturers such as Stilo, Bell Racing, Schuberth and Arai. It is now up to these manufacturers to deliver the production versions of the new helmets for the 2019 F1 season.

I must be blind, how is the visor on the picture much wider than the one on the new helmet? Talk about nitpicking...

I am not sure what the driver can see with this helmet and halo strut, but if it saves a life then good. Still with reduced view it must be difficult to drive and have a good situational awareness I think.
Perhaps it is time to invent: the carbon-glass
