Much Requested: A Dark Theme

Many of our premium members have requested a dark theme for the site in the past couple of years and unfortunately time never allowed us to create one. Until today...

If you are a fan of darker styled themes or just need a less contrasted page because you are browsing RD illegally at night in bed we have now released a first beta dark style for you to enjoy (or hate).

I found dark theme hiding in my settings

The temporary un-researched layout is a bit too silly , work experience week ?

It's still there, just scroll all the way to the bottom. On the left, you'll see "RD 2020 Light". Click on it, and change it to "RD 2020 Dark"

Granted, its more of a blue theme than light.

Fixed the latest bugs in Dark Mobile, all should be good now.

Did the dark theme color change? Looks a bit more grey. Loving it nonetheless.

Bram. On my phone the arrows for first/last page of thread are pretty hard to see.

You might take a look at the selected text color (mostly for the reply box usage), the contrast is very low on a TN monitor.
You could try a much darker background/and or a change in text color to something that visually pops better, or invert text colors so the hightlight becomes more obvious.

The dark style has been improved a little. New large frontpage blocks, deeper darker colors and some bug fixes. Getting there.
