It's not possible for F1 2013 due to mirroring and limitations.

Hello everyone, thank you modders have made the game almost as I would like. but only two things are missing. I would like to increase the grip, only in wet races, I have not found any mod that does this. and the second thing that I would like to eliminate the gap between the times in qualifying and race performance for the AI, I mean, it's absurd that I always do pole position easily, and in race the AI is much more competitive.

Adobe Photoshop is the program so you can do skinning. Download ML2166's F1 2013 Car Models (make sure you have Photoshop CS6 or higher).
