Modding Requests Thread

Someone could make this:

, please?

I didn't get what you are trying to prove mate.
I wanted to answer to hellsingspartan's request:
-lower downforce (slower in corners, a bit faster in straights) don't know how to do, but possible, maybe mass?
Which things can be done?

Pic that you see is a comparison WIP of ctf files for 2014, in excel

slower in corners is modifiable in Ai vehicle config

I think the values you are trying to apply for 2014 CTF files are very low, for which track you are going to apply these values is it Monza ?
I tried 2012 CTF files and the car was lot of less balanced in 2013 Game. But your values are even further down to those. So do test and show your results i'm interested if you want any help mate

Thaks very much, infact I need of course collaboration in this work.
I start by saying that I have not tested yet, and will test it only on f1 2012, I changed the values according to the size of wings by regulation 2014 and wheelbase by misures obtained from the forum http://www.f1technical.net/forum/.
All values are gotten with formulas of physics and mechanics.... In this moment I arrived to change tyre_inertias, and going to end ctfs. Of course changing only aero front and rear wings lift coefficient there will be an imbalance. I changed to the values of drag, force, air_resistance, centres of mass, downforce_pressure_point, points of pressure, roll_centre, weights, etc...when I'll finish, will upload an excel sheet to copy and paste in ctf, waiting for opinion about feeling, and suggestions.

Remember lot of values i tested back in 12 are pretty much ineffective over the handing. So do go with caution and i hope you get the results you wanted,

recently approved the program of the qualifications that will take place at Grand Prix Saturday. Will be removed two minutes to Q1 to insert in Q3 in order to allow the drivers to make the most fastest laps.

I don't remember which file to modify time of qualifying. AI files ? which string ?

Hello guys, Has someone found a way to increase or decrease each driver or car speed ? Virtual perf doesn't seem to do anything with the classic cars and this is f*in annoying me :)
thx

EDIT : I KNOW ! I KNOW ! WRONG THREAD ! but i can't delete my post

  • Yes, but only if the price is right

  • No, a generic wheel is fine
