Mclaren not possible tried it. Have a similar one to that skin. About the williams mercedes, yes that is possible

No. You can only import tracks from CM f1 games but not from any other. It's that simple

It's possible to hide the driver completely - in cameras.xml, true means hidden

don't know how to hide just the gloves or the wheel
