what I want is to modify the skin or caterham marussia by hrt 2012, an adaptation that seems. Someone could do or say How To Do It, thanks in advance

already but what I mean is that people on this forum as a fictional made that replaced caterham jaguar. for you can not make a fictional hrt in f1 2013?, someone can tell me how to do or have someone do it. thanks

You can't make it to look exactly like the HRT from 2012 because Codemasters screwed up texture skinning with their mirroring trick. You can make it look like the HRT but it won't look exactly like that because of the texture mirroring problem.

I ask not completely replace HRT marussia or caterham for what I want to change the appearance of marussia or HRT caterham for visual only car that looks like something to 2012. as people of this forum who made a fictitious Juguar the caterham. livery_main file

Marussia is the closest to Marussia in my opinion. And i wasn't talking about the pit,racecrew. I was talking about the car livery itself which can't be done properly because the texture of the cars are different from last year. Less skinning opportunity this year. Less logos. For example one logo on the car texture represents 3 logo so you can't place as many as you want either way it will look like cr*p. So It's all because of Codemasters. In 2012 you could freely edit the car texture maximally now it's not possible to that extent.

Would be great to get this again, maybe with a bit more green instead of the original Petronas turquoise.

Makes the Mercedes look much much better and was my favorite skin last year

Could anyone make a Ferrari helmet of the helmet of Robin Frijns ?

It can be found in F1 2013 in the map bespokehelmets as Gen 96. That helmet has Sauber sponsors on it, but i use the Frijns helmet as my career helmet, and i'm driving at Ferrari, that's why i would love to see the Ferrari stickers on it instead of the Sauber stickers.

:) I would be very very thankfull :)

I updated my game yesterday, because of a new codemasters patch. But now, everytime i am breaking, there is so much smoke! It is in every corner. I mean, if its only, when i am go through a schikane, like monaco, or to the last schikane in spa..... And the other problem is, the the smoke doesnt look like realistic, it seems to look like driving through whater, like the spray in a wet wether race....

Is there a chance to disable this or to creat it more realistic???

Did steam automatically updated your game? Because I haven't noticed this problem
 
I can't believe no one on this forum has thought about what I am about to say:

Is there any way to mod the cameras.xml to be able to use the exterior trackside view (like in replays) but while driving? Doing donuts/burnouts around Monaco and checking the high quality car models would be amazing.
 
Could anyone make (or tell me how/help me to do it) a camera mod that would make the centered T-cam view basically an average between the centered t-cam and the cockpit cam? In other words, I'd like my camera viewpoint to basically be right on top of the driver's helmet, as if he has a Go-Pro camera attached to his helmet.

I think this should be fairly easy...just moving the centered T-Cam down, or moving the cockpit cam up. I just don't know how to fiddle with these cameras.xml file and which segment of code modifies the camera view I want.

For the record, I don't care which camera is modded - cockpit or centered T-cam, i just want that "Go-Pro camera-on-the-helmet" effect. Also, I would only need this for Ferrari :p

Open cameras xml and go in : <View type="Mounted" ident="bonnet" in line 1347 : (that line in my mod)
<Parameter name="pitch" type="scalar" value="0.2500" /> increase or decrease this number.
 
Just a simple question:
How can we mod the driving camera.xml so we can use the cinematic trackside angle (as used in replays). While driving? I.e. as one of the views.

It would be cool to do donuts and appreciate the HD car models from outside / trackside.
