hey guys can anyone give me a list wich car (the Old ones) uses wich enginesoundfile in the folder audio/bundles? e.g. classic_F12_30.bdl = Ferrari from 76?

i need only the a list from the old cars :) 80ies or the 90ies when there are stored in the game...

i mean a quick overwiew ^^ ...

Does someone know how to upload a mod that's bigger than 300mb? I want to upload my 2014 mod but it is 811 mb and the option to add a mod with mediafire link is removed
 
CTF files according to Regulation of 2014

I unfortunately do not know the meaning of all values of the ctf files (balanced / track), but I'd have a handling as close as possible to the rules in 2014. I hope someone of you modders could modify values in ctf rows,

1) all aerodynamic section from row 3 to 27 ( aero_max_front_ height ? : The height of the front of the nose will be 18.5 cm from the reference plane (instead of the 55 cm in 2013 ) The frame, however, must be no more than 62.5 centimetres in height above the reference plane.
The wing width is reduced to 165 centimetres, 15 less than the 2013 car.

2) camber section row from 55 to 58, camber_front should be max 40.0 ( now is -0,033633, I don't know to set )

3) downforce section from 100 to 108

4) all engine section from 111 to 125 ( friction for turbo V6 di 1600cc, mass. inertia, power_scale, final_drive ? ) As we already know about the 8-speed transmission changes , to be approved at the beginning of the season, we must remember also other characteristics of the propellers, 2014, such as gasoline direct injection, size of bore and stroke of the pistons default (80 × 53 mm) and the boost pressure of the turbocharger at around 3.5 bar, exclusively for the needs of fuel consumption. Can this value be set in ctf file?

5) 163 fuel_mass
2014 FORMULA ONE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
5.1.4 Fuel mass flow must not exceed 100 kg/h.

row 258 rev_limit still as 2013 limit 1884,95569 ;The maximum rotation speed in 2014 is fixed at 15,000 rev / min

Been looking, but i can't find a way to change the logos on the sidewalls of the tyres. I thought it'd be in the generics folder, but when i export the images from the dds file that show the sidewall logos, in photoshop there is no logo, they are just the tyre sidewall. Is there any way at all to change this, so i could have a different tyre brand as I've seen in a few mods for previous versions of the game?

Sorry if this has beeen asked before, but my forum search turned up no results for this question.

EDIT - forget i asked, today hasn't been my day. I forgot about the alpha channel.

Hi All

I have been fiddling round with the ctf files to tweak car settings and the only thing i havent found that i would like to play with is the brake settings. Does anyone have any idea how i can increase the brake bite ability in the ctf files?

There are many mods that allow you to do that. Here you go.

How can i make drivers move to other teams e.g. send Sutil to McLaren or Vettel to Ferrari etc
You must open the database (found in the f12013/database directory) using EGO Database Editor, navigate to the f1drivers_f1teams table, and swap the values. For example, Sutil has the f1driver ID of 11 (you can see this in the f1drivers table), and McLaren has the f1teams ID of 21. Also take in to consideration ai_driver.

Any way to merge these two mods if you know what I mean? The liveries work fine etc, but at the moment I can only have one or the other team name & logos in the menu.

You would need to open up the files they both use and modify them manually. It looks like you only need to edit the PSSG files, so here's the PSSG editor.

What can I use to convert .bik, .bnk, and .nfs in F1 games into general video and audio file format?
Used RADVideo but couldn't convert .bnk .. :(
I don't think these files are convertible with software readily available online, sorry.
