Open the database.bin with Ego Database Editor. Go to f1_teams tab and find out your team ID which you want to change. Then go to f1drivers_f1teams or something similar, can't quite remember how it was written. In there is a column which is something like team_first_driver or so. There is a tick in every drivers slot who is the first driver. Then all you got to do is swap the ticks between for instance, Massa and Alonso. You can easily find drivers by their own ID or the teams ID. The drivers ID's can be found in the f1_drivers tab btw. I hope this helped.
