If winning the Japanese F3 championship isn't proving he was good at least at one point, then the rest of the field must of been a bunch of Maldonados.
Well I agree with the money part atleast. This says in what state the Sauber F1 team is.
Edit: Or F1 in general.
Edit 2: You can downrate my posts however much you want, but he simply is there cause of money. He has never driven good in none of the classes he has been in.
I wonder if those 18 milllion (that is what Ericsson's sponsors will provide I think) prove to be enough, I mean it would only be a short term solution if that's their motive. As Ole said above, if it's either survival thanks to Marcus or fold, then I'd take survival. I have a soft spot for the Swiss team.
With more lower experience than his Marussia experience...And I think Max Chilton is having the other seat.

That was mentioned in Ted's notebook Sunday.I wonder what happens to their Mexican sponsorship if they sack off Guitierez.
That's not a small sponsor to try and replace!

I guess Marcus is covering it because they've hired Felipe Nasr as 2nd driver for 2015
Yeah Nasr is bringing some brazilian bank sponsor, Sauber even released a statement about how much they are looking forward to working with this new sponsor (and Nasr ofc... ).I'd imagine that some Brazilian money is coming with Nasr too though.
