*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*

Historic racing is famous for the gentleman racer era and that is the kind of atmosphere that I'd like to foster in the club. Please take time to read these web pages and try to get an understanding of what racing in this club is/should be all about.

Thanks

Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
You will be penalized if you break our rules.

@Denis Betty password is visible, and not the one being used anymore ;P

Also, almost the combo I have a dream to do a championship with some time in the future :p
Anyway... Sign me the F up for this!!!
Woo Hoooo!

Would appreciate some input re the fuel tyre wear multipliers. Have not had time to test these cars at full race distance yet. Basically, I would think that if the Mazda can finish on a full tank and full mixture but the others need to save fuel... Well that would make things more interesting. ;)

Ah, so I guess it's longer than a 25 min race, as it is only one?

I can't remember what I figured out at Norisring before I decided to skip these cars, sorry!

Is it ok to miss qualy and join in the warm-up? I was going to do the first AMS2 race and then hop on here after if that is ok, but if not then I'll probably just do this one as I like to race stuff that uses a shifter :). I just didn't want to let Guido down completely if I can.

Oh and thanks for showing me where there are a boat load of 80's tracks. I now have something new to play with!

The password was visible....edited.

Does anyone have issues with the FFB being very viscous with knocking & oscillations? I have turned the in game FFB down to 55% and the customisation menu to level 4 and it is still very violent and sharp in corners and weak in the straight-ahead.

Hi Denis,
Thanks for organising, combo looks sweet. I'm down, forgive me for my lack of competitive racing come Thursday lol. I've recently come back to simracing
Competitiveness doesn't matter, as long as you have fun. Do some laps on the practice server beforehand to get used to the car and track, and on the evening ask as many questions as you need in Discord. We are happy to help.

Of course, that's fine. Would be nice if you can find time too run a few laps before Thursday - just so you know your braking points etc. :)

Thanks mate. I used to have massive FFB spikes over curbs and bumps. Seems a lot less now. I just checked and I'm running my wheel software at 65%, in game overall FFB strength is at 90% and car specific FFB multiplier is at .65. Oh and the FFB in the upgrades screen (as you're joining the server) is at 5 (highest). Might be worth trying you wheel software at a lower setting? I know that's not text book, but if it works for you....
Please sign me up, I'll try to be there.
Look forward to seeing you on track.
Ooh, lovely car and track choice. Can I sign up as a maybe please, Thursday is 50/50 for me currently.
Nice one. :)
