The latest updates for the nord track really killing the fps. Even turning it down and it cant even keep a stable 60... =/ Every other track is good though.

I've not noticed that substantial amount of FPS loss, but it's definitely noticeable.

Snoopy has added a lot of things in the last few rounds of updates. I don't think the birds chirping is really necessary, but graphically it looks good.

I still think v0.7.0 was the best version in terms of graphics and performance.

I think the Fps tanks most when it has to render all those trees and shadows. I love this track, but the performance issues are so arghhh

More like FPS hell. I just tested with everything on low setting (detail and shadows) and the FPS still tanks. I don't think I can race with that, and I'm using a r9 290x so I don't think my hardware is lacking. =/

OK after a bit more testing, vsync is at fault, but then the trees give me a epileptic fit.

There is a grassless version wihich is supposed to help. Apparently it's in the official thread over at the AC forums. Might be worth a try.

Good fun boys. Unfortunately, Jim Beam + Nordschleife = selecting 3rd instead of 5th too many times and destroying the engine
