Yeah we've got the penalties turned off for this one.
I mean, you can't really cut anywhere and gain an advantage.

So yes, Penalties = OFF

Those five filter boxes next to the search bar. un-highlight the 2nd from the right. Only the first 3 from the left should be highlighted red.

Then refresh the server list and the AU one should appear.
