A bit of a bun-fight for tickets this morning.
All the camping tickets for Houx, Annex and Terte Rouge sold inside 40 minutes
Had to go for Beausejour.
Ferry all booked up too!

At least camping goes on sale at the same time this year, hope theres some left for the 15th! Did you snap up a camping slot or are you staying elsewhere?
Got admission and camping sorted so all good. Other accommodation is limited and expensive. 2022 we had hotel at Alencon for a few nights.

It looks increasingly like the only way you'll be able to get tickets in the future is to either be an ACO member or as part of a package with tour companies.

I've heard a rumour that there will be very limited numbers available come 15th November.

Was planning on having the flags somewhere near the Dunlop Bridge on the "inside"
There's places to eat and drink there... I'd imagine the "German bierkeller" will be open!

It would be interesting to know how many tickets get allocated to the firms that organise the package deals?

If you intend to be going in the future I suspect you will either end up having to buy through them or become an ACO member to get the ability to book tickets earlier. No great problem as you can two tickets at a reduced price so the total cost is about the same.

TBH I suspect 2024 or 2025 might be my last visits... not getting any younger!
First trip was in 1978 with Page and Moy... Train to Newhaven... Ferry to Dieppe then coach to Le Mans... exhausting!!!!

Blimey, bet the car sounds were epic back then. I drove 2 hours to dover and a straight 5 1/2 hours from calais to le mans just to make it in time for hyperpole this year.
I was thinking of becoming an aco member but money constraints this time stopped me, lucky to be able to buy a ticket for next year to be honest.
Looking forward to the great british welcome in st saturnin again that was a big highlight for me.

We were too late to make decision about 2023. Up near Hull so 5 hours to Folkestone with detour to pick up others. Tunnel is usually the preferred option as there is more choice for times.
With just two of us for 2024 the ferry to Caen is just as cheap per head ( when you include fuel and tolls ) and a lot less driving time.
