No, the texture should be 8192x8192, the template is just a guide and shouldn't be left in the finished image so you can just import it into a 8192x8192 space and enlarge it to fit

When you use a modded livery the game won't apply any numbers to the doors, it will only use what you have added, if anything

Can you circle the specific parts you mean?

The parts I left in white with the wire template ...

If you have blender, you can paint different parts of the car or the texture and the paint will show up on the model, showing you which parts they are
