Tracks KsEditor crashes when importing .fbx

Strange..
Is there an option to reset normals in 3dsmax? I've had something similar where I edited vertex normals. ksEditor disregards the face normal (as it should) and the - wrong - vertex normals were applied, leaving the face flipped. While in Blender it looked correct.
 
thanks i fixed it. i was mirroring the object instead of fliping them.. now i need one more thing.. do you know how to put all objects on z=0 and all rotation axles to 0.. because gap between the road and other surfaces is too big.
