One of the most entertaining series at the moment, it's been a great season. I don't really like spec formula in headline classes but there is a lot of wiggle room in GT500 for a supposedly control series - DTM take note and don't screw it up, please! although SuperGT have the upper hand in any Class 1 negotiations. One of the big problems is if DTM had it's way Button's championship winning NSX wouldn't be legal. A European SuperGT formula series would be quite fantastic - GT Open are you listening perhaps? would kick that series up from "the GT3 that isn't Blancpain"...
Great drives by Yamamoto & Button ( for these team wins can we have the team in the headline rather than the F1 driver? ), great challenge by the KeePer Tom's Lexus team too. And great entertainment from the Nismo commentary team on the streams, and the occasional what-the-hell from the circuit organisers... all combines to an unmissable show.
