I believe it's the SuperGT (JGTC) version of the Nissan GT-R, on which ISI have been purported to be working. It may have made an appearance in one of ISI's renders showing upcoming and WIP car mods at some point, but I may be wrong.

I don't think there is an existing mod, but I believe it is being worked on for the future! And I'm quite looking forward to it! The car will be a fantastic addition to rF2, as it will offer a completely different style and series of racing that you typically only find on consoles at present (Gran Turismo, I'm referring to you ).
