Hi all,

Since I am more in PC racing these days due to VR capabilities (although I don't use them that much these days), and got interested again in sim racing I decided to join Race Department.

I am Edwin from Breda in the Netherlands, 48 years of age and I am more an experienced casual sim racer, still shifting beween bronze and silver in way of speach.

In the early days I played a lot NFS, Grand Prix Circuit 3, TOCA and eventually went to the Xbox with gaming. There a played mostly Forza Motorsport (have am all) and I sniffed at PC1 / 2 and AC (not so good on Console). Somehow I also lost interest in sim racing since a lot of console gamers are not so sim minded in multiplayer.
Due to a lighting strike I had to buy a new PC, bought also VR goggles and tried racing games on the PC with PC2 and AC. Now I discovered ACC and i dig it.
I do have a Thrustmaster Wheel / Peddal en shifter set, Xbox (one) and PC compatible. Probably I will remain to use both platforms.

Hopefully RD is going to be a good recourse te get some better and stimulate me more for sim racing these days. See you on the track!
