The new pits will only be used for F1. The old pits will be reworked and will still be used for all other motorsports (this may change, as in the new pits could be used for non-F1).
There will be no changes to the rest of the layout, but there's a big problability that they change the last turn before the current main straight, just before the banking. That last turn is dangerous for powerful cars that have less downforce, like a stock car. There's been some fatalities there.
