S Sil Sil Jul 20, 2021 #23 I open DDS file with Irfanview32 then i convert with DDS Converter 2 to png file and i open it with paint.net. Once finish with editing i convert png to DDS and thats it. Hope this helps you. Upvote 0 Downvote
