this PSG is for Track ABCD info from Locations.
"Track Locations","","","HUDText","Spa-Francorchamps","PSG_10003764"
"Track Locations","","","HUDText","Shanghai","PSG_10003765"

Locations.txt
change Flags here - show flags in game

if want change track A to Track b or whatever then see info from Locations.txt
Ardennes,0,PSG_10003764,Belgium,PSG_10000899
Beijing,2,PSG_10003765,China,PSG_10000920

Nationalities.txt

to find all correct flag PSG numbre info like this...
you see that have same numbre here and locations
then write this psg numbre to in Locations.

"China","Asia","Country","HUDText","China","PSG_10000920

0 numbre is belgium SPA...
2 numbre is China Shanghai

BTW maybe i wrote wrong...a bit confus:O_o:
hope someone write a nice english guide info...engrish isn't my native language.
Where are the txt files located? Is it in resource assets?

Shared File*
"Track Locations","","","HUDText","Spa","PSG_10003764","","","","","","","
"Track Locations","","","HUDText","Shanghai","PSG_10003765","","","","","","","

Location File*
Spa,0,PSG_10003764,Belgium,PSG_10000899,Ardennes,Ardennes,A
Shanghai,1,PSG_10003765,China,PSG_10000920,Beijing,Beijing,A

Those are examples of two lines from my files.

The first psg number changes the track name that is written.

The Country changes the flag you see.

The first Ardennes changes the graphic picture for that track. Which can be found here TrackImages@1080 as a texture file. The second Ardennes is the track scene itself, change this and you change the track in the actual race.

Frontend.txt
"Code Text","","","HUDText","{CircuitName} GP" This will just change the word GP.

Can we somehow change track calendar but not to start new save?
Is it possible just like go into Championships.txt and remove/add tracks?
How to edit their race start weekend?
I tried with MMSaveEditor in "Next years tracks" list and edited all these, but calendar still remain the same..

I would have thought the save editor would allow the changes mid-career, but it may not. Otherwise the only way is at the start of the career by editing championships.txt
To edit the weekend is a bit complex, and it is on a season basis, not a race by race basis. You can edit the week the series starts in Championships.txt under the 'season start' column ( which is right after the list of restricted rules). You can edit the season end date here as well, but the game won't accept it as it is hard coded into the Assembly-CSharp.dll in GameStatsConstants. That hard coding allowed me to create the Endurance super season by setting the end week to 72. The game promptly crashes at the end if the last race, but it did let me run a full 1.5 year long season.
So if you don't want to edit the .dll, then all you can do to change the weekend is adjust the order of the races, adjust the start of the season, or add/remove races
