but as we can see from sale numbers, graphics sells way more then good physics !

Perhaps its the simplistic and easy to learn physics of games that sell in large numbers that appeal to the mass market?

After all, the mainstream racing fans also seems to have a few gripes about Pcars handling (not easy enough), and in the mainstream reviews I have read of Pcars 2 they tend to be raving about the improvement when using a Gamepad. Seems that everywhere else this was a massive thing that had to addressed.
