Yep i also thought Radical.....and a ultima & about 20 other prototypes.
I was swearing it was a Ferrari 333 but analysis proved otherwise.
I'm convinced its a track day car but i can't find anything on the net with a back end that is even close.

I've simply been going cross-eyed looking at multiple versions of the same radical/prototype/lmp style cars which are all very similar to each other but drastically different to this.

Closest i got was finding a car that had the same wave behind the tyres and a up turned sil at the bottom of the rear but it still looked like a radical on top.

Am i going nuts thinking it looks like a minature racing truck given the sheer verticalness of the centre section combined with the length the rear stretches back.....i told you i'm losing it.

Anyone been able to make out the website on the side of the car XXXXXcar.co.uk?

Not another british kit-car :D

There's a good article in one of the latest Evo mag about that topic. Was quite a good read. I think it finished with a quote from Tiff Needle (who's name appears on a car in GTR Evo by the way) when asked what a particular car at a car show was he replied 'that is one mans impending bankruptcy'.

The car posted here is not that obscure. I actually didn't post any of the ugly ones i found....but thinking about it -i think i might start a thread soon as some of them need to be shamed. :focus:

Haven't found it yet: Definitely not a Donkervoort, and probably no Lotus nor Caterham either. Those double rear lights, I can't seem to find them...

Correct - its not one of those.

If am right I think it's American, am sure I seen it on TV once, I cant think of what it is though....

Hmm, not sure i want to answer this yet - is it really time to rule in or rule out a country....i think not.
