fix for artefacts in the pitlane is to turn dynamic flags off. In extension/ext_config.ini change this line to DYNAMIC_FLAGS = NONE

this issue is specific for AMD cards with some specific CSP versions, but I am not sure which. There will be a public CSP update soon, lets hope it will fix the issue.

@Interslice is the BoP cast in stone Brian? Asking 'cos the Ginetta had much more BoP a while ago (courtesy of Chris Down, but can't find it now:unsure:). Am hoping to join Sunday, it's been a while, though so far it's a 2 class race I guess..... apart from Fulvio:p.

Sorry if that sounds negative ;-P

Hi John, Let me know what car you want and I'll stick you in!

@Alfred Wayne Did you make the call on the car yet?!

Re the BOP John... Don't mention the BOP!
Haha no I'm open to suggestions, this is the latest suggestion from @Chris Down i believe? That I remember seeing anyway. I believe it was 5% and 5kg in the last race with these, pre Sgp and the loss of BOP.

This appears to have fixed the triangle clouds. Thanks!

Hello! Is there a particular reason why - even if i have chosen the Porsche Cayman GT4 - no matter which car i actually pick once in Content Manager's interface, i can only drive the Ginetta all the time? thanks

I think about signing up but I can't enter the practice server so I'm afraid I need to solve this first.

I have a fresh install from the linked track. The track works fine offline. But it doesn't load from the lobby. I have the Sunday password, so that's not the issue I guess. Any ideas?

Btw, I never used content manager and always install mods manually. I have no clue about all this csp stuff and such things...

Hi Reik, server is tidied up now with some more open join cars added.

Let me know if you have any problems.

The Porsche here behaves completely different than i expected. I'll stick with it, but i guess it will struggle for sure. Second long rigth corner is impossible to take flat out like the Ginetta, as well as the left one towards a little slope after the first half of the circuit.
I've read about some basic set-ups provided by te organization in other races... is it possible to try one for the Cayman and see if it's somehow a better base than mine? Thank you :)

@Giando Fraschini

It is for me too, if I really try, I still have to compensate at the middle of the apex. Not by lifting completely, but by backing off enough to stop the nose of the car turning away from the apex.
Same with the left handed corner, again not by lifting , but using the throttle to keep the nose of the car pointing in the right direction.
There is no black and white setup for this car, just a matter of being conscious of what the car is telling you, then making setup changes to complement that.
So the setup works well for that.
But that is my driving style, there is no one suits all. Unlike the Abarth that requires a certain change to start to make it work properly.
You cannot compare the Maserati and Porsche to the Ginetta. The Ginetta is in another class, more like a race car, the other two cars are road cars on a race circuit.

PS.
The only chance the Porsche or Maserati has, is if or when the Ginetta reaches its top speed of 147mph, the longer that goes on the better chance they have of matching the Ginetta. there are only a handful of circuits I can think of.:(
