Apologies though for the touch into Hawthorn. I was hugging the kerb on the inside so thought we'd be OK, but just the slightest touch around such a quick corner was enough to throw us off piste. I think I'd picked up some extra understeer also after an impromptu meeting with a sideways car on the track just a couple of corners earlier. That probably didn't help
Anyway, hopefully see you on track again soon
Hey no worries. I always get tense online racing, such a buzz, but the tension was ratcheted up with the whole "not your real name" thing 2 mins before the start!
I was so worried that as a guy who was allowed to race even though i wasn't using my real name, i really don't want to be the guy that then goes and ruins peoples races!
I was trusted to race and i keep it all clean.
So I did drive with extra caution and let a few folks past.
I was sort of moving over to let give you some room but then we caught up on someone else and suddenly it was 3 into 1!!
All good though, i knew you didn't mean it, just a racing incident.
