Since nobody answered: Yea I'm pretty sure you do need a mic...or at the very least be logged on to TeamSpeak (using your real name) before joining the race. Instructions for setting up everything and the rules are in the first post.

You don't need a mic. All you need to do is be able to hear and act on commands from staff
