Yes, you can do whatever you want.

Aim for about 97-98% at qualy.
Should get about 100% with 75% race distance.

Both mediums and soft allowed, I will just mix up the tyre wear to make the softs usable in race. So there are more race strategies possible.

Not that much, as tyre wear percentage will be equal for all of them. Softs should do about 1 hour of race and softs 10 minutes. Both if pushed until the end.

There is only one strategie now that mediums will definetely last the whole race. With 100% wear it would be tight. You should set mandatory pitstop.
