Fixed the typo. 18:15 is practice, 19:15 is qualy.

The race must finish at last before 18 Local (20GMT) , so I guess it will finish before that.

As I understood, it has 4 hour window. When they say local, they mean in Brazil, and that's 18.00 there, since it started at 14.00. For us it started at 17.00 so its 21.00.
