I cannot see the server yet - only RD servers are in the EU and one server in the US doing Imola and the Alfa Romeo GTA.

Yeah, I'm setting the server up but it's going to take some time since the game got updated and our servers didn't.

It's the server don't worry. The versions are mismatched.

I've just cancelled, I have to figure out server side issues, won't happen again I promise. If possible take and sign up for next Friday's event.
