Yes sir you can. Don't know how familiar you are with being a reserve, but you need to be on ts at the start of official practice if you've not been put on the grid. If someone is a know show, you will then be called on to enter the race, but since the field and server are already set you may not be able to get the car you would like unless you get lucky and it's the car that's been abandoned. It ain't GTA 5 otherwise we'd just do a drive by or car jack someone
