This was a mixed-feeling-race!! First 10 laps were really exciting, with cars all around me, nice battles, after that I was all alone up to the finish.. Congrats to top 3!

No FPS problems for me in this race .

Yesterdays Corvette race I was having issues with the FPS dropping into the 30s and 40s even though I was getting 120 fps in hotlap mode. Changed several settings for todays race and no issues. Was getting about 160/170 fps all race.

Thank you you kept me honest the whole race.
I had no idea whether to go with meds or hards for a 20 lapper but took a chance on meds and they hung on fine.

What sort of spec PC and setup do you use to get 170FPS in an online race thats huge.
I dont run PP and have my FPS locked to 83 and was solid the whole race.

Please! what did you change?

Further reduced some graphics settings, reduced replay size, disabled any apps not used in race, un-ticked full screen rendering (don't know what that does). Switched off ShadowPlay (I only used this to show FPS, I wasn't recording). I used the in-game FPS app instead. See attached pics for all my settings.

My guess is disabling apps fixed the issue and I can probably turn everything else back on.

I cut down the graphics settings a lot. I'll turn them up again now and hopefully won't have any FPS issues again.
GTX Titan - single monitor (1440P), CPU - i5 (4.2GHz), 12GB RAM

@Stephen Sekhon I have a titan aswell, with an i7 single monitor, 1080p, think I might need to make some changes to my settings, thanks for piccys!

@Simon Knight I turn off / down shadow and reflection settings to zero / null for online racing

What we could do with is an app that let's u pick a graphics profile, any devs out there ;-)
