I can't see anything about qualifying rules etc.

Specifically around which driver qualifies or whether the one that qualifies has to start the race.

Can anyone confirm if we are free to have one driver qualify and another take the start?

I think first driver to connect gets to do both, not sure if you can influence that. Maybe you can drive into pits in quali and change drivers so the other gets to do that bug not sure if that works
