You know you can race while being capped and still have low ping right?

I've been racing before whilst capped, and my ping is just as low as it is normally, if anything it's more stable. Racing online barely uses any bandwidth.

Thats not the issue. I am currently banned again for stupid reasons . I seem to always get on the wrong side of her. I currently have unlimited due to calling telstra again though
