Steam showed up with a RF2 25gb update? When I launch the game all my 93 workshop items are re-downloading wtf?

Sorry I had to leave the second race, I thought my fire alarm sound was the lights off/race start sound effect for a second there. It literally came on when we thought the race was going to start. First race was intense! @El-ahrairah
