Graphics Card recomendation

Hi all,
Currently running ACC on a 4th gen I5 and RX 470 gpu, i have to run the graphics detail lower than i would like
What would be a good GPU upgrade ? or is the I5 maybe the bottleneck ??

Just fitted a 3700x tonight, much better seems to fly along now

To be honest not tried against ai yet just online, 30

Haha yeah after fitting the rx 5700 the cup couldn't handle it so just thought f*#k it lol so ending up spending just under £700
MSI A320M-A PRO and 16gb DDR4 ram @ 3200 motherboard is tiny couldn't fit my WiFi pci card in

Can you post some benchmarks? My Ryzen 5 2600 with 1070ti cant even max my GPU with 24 AI on epic settings. Im getting below 50fps on race start. Mirror On.
