an idea that I just had, if a driver has less than, say maybe a podium worth of points for the entire season (so 4 points I believe), then we should allow them to have more than the limit proposed for carry-over money. Maybe just 500CR but something to shake up the competition a little bit?
maybe not 4 points, maybe those who score nothing, there are variables that can be used
