After the sudden departure of Brugman, Jordan signed Andy Graham to fill the vacant seat.

Due to lack of funds, Arrows will not take part in the 2004 F1 season.​




With this, the lineups are completed. I plan to make a post about updated statistics this weekend. New thread to follow probably the weekend after.
 
Statistics - Drivers

Race wins
Mane Goddard jumped up to 3rd with 14, sharing the place with Buurlage and Keranen. Ancevski and Saidy dropped out of the top 10. Both Rinneaho and Heymans achieved their first career wins.

Podiums
Goddard here too with a big jump up to 4th- Laad and Engberink close in on Utzer, who failed to score a podium for the first time since '97. Keranen held on to a top 10 ranking, now sharing 9th with Herbert. Rinneaho, who had the most podiums with 10, moved up to 20th place.

Poles
Hunsley increased his lead over Kederer by 1, now having 30 career poles. Utzer's 6 poles put him to 3rd, ahead of Foro. Buurlage now on shared 6th with fellow countryman Engberink, both having 14 poles. Goddard and Laad are on 13th with 6, only missing 1 for a top 10 spot.

Fastest laps
With 4 fastest laps in 2003 Goddard moved up to 3rd here as well. Martins now is equal 7th with Herbert. Rinneaho with the first 3 fastest laps of his career entered the ranking in 21st. Reed also entered the ranking with his first fastest lap.

Most races
The top 4 remained unchanged, Goddard now is lone 5th after Hunsley's retirement. Buurlage is equal 6th with the Brit now. Martins moved past Wold to 8th with 197 starts. Said is back in the top 10, but will soon drop out again as Ancevski isn't far behind. Engberink will have his 100th GP in the first round of 2004.

Most Points
Goddard (309) and Utzer (302) broke the 300 pts mark, and are in 4th and 5th in the overall ranking now behind Kederer (739), Hunsley (513) and Buurlage (363). Keranen (266) in 7th is closing in on Foro (272). Laad (254), Engberink (244) and Martins (236) follow close behind. Black, Brugman and Rinneaho all broke the 100pts mark, the latter two being way faster in doing so.

DNFs
All in all this season had 98 DNFs, Keranen being the driver with most (9), for the 3rd time after '94 and '97. Buurlage didn't have a single retirement in the 16 races in '03. Utzer remains the driver with most DNFs in his career (72), having retired in almost every 3rd race he started (32%). Keranen (69) and Laad (65) follow not too far behind. Wolf, who retired from F1 2 seasons ago, still sits in 4th with 61, 1 more than Martins. Buurlage (58), Kederer (54), Goddard (54), Saidy (52), and Hunsley (48) make up the rest of the top 10. Of all the drivers to compete in '03, Rinneaho has the highest overall DNF percentage with 35% (18 DNFs in 52 races).


Statistics - teams

Wins
Despite not winning this year, Williams holds on to the lead with 42 race wins. Tyrrell still sits in 2nd with 33 races, last win was in '96, taken by Keranen. Minardi up to 5th, with 19 wins now.

Poles
For the first time since 1991 no Williams pole, still a comfortable lead with 58 over 2nd placed McLaren (32). Tyrrell here too still in the top 3 with 22, one ahead of Ferrari. In only 2 seasons Renault managed to score 17 poles, 10 last year, 7 this.

Fastest laps
Tyrrell leads with 37, the last one achieved by Buurlage in 1998. Williams shares 2nd with Minardi, both on 28. However Williams hasn't had a single fastest lap since 2000.
 
DNFs
