Turning off "new spectators rendering method" seems to have fixed it. Thank you.

Yes, I've noticed that at some situations on other tracks as well... Just tested at Goodwood and still can't reproduce this error. For me everything looks normal with new spectators rendering method enabled or disabled.

It's in 7z format
So try it with 7zip or drag ond drop it in content manager.
